Edinburgh & District Motor Club Pre’65 Scottish Two-Day Trial – 28th & 29th April 2023
This event will be taking place in and around Kinlochleven on the above dates. Marshalls will be in place to ensure safety but the area will be busier than usual and there may be some crossover with the West Highland Way on Friday afternoon as riders finish in Kinlochleven and on Saturday morning as riders head out towards Lairigmor .
Edinburgh & District Motor Club Scottish Six Days Trial (SSDT) – 1st-6th May 2023
This follows on from the Pre ’65 and will mean that Lochaber (Glencoe, Kinlochleven and Fort William) is busier than usual.
Monday: The bikes will travel through from Lundavra to Kinlochleven by way of the Lairigmor.
Wednesday: The riders will again head up from Lundavra, through part of the Lairigmor before breaking west to head for Callert. Only the tail end riders will come across the early walkers, since the first riders set off at 7.30 a.m.. Later in the day, there will be some cross over south of Kinlochleven.
Friday: The day when there will be most crossover with the West Highland Way at Lairigmor, Kinlochleven, Altnafeadh, A82 (Blackrock Cottage) and over to Ba House (Blackmount).
Saturday: The bikes will travel up from Lundavra using the Lairigmor to access sections over towards Callert.
